Login issues with no options for help, reset......just a dead end and no way to progress. Works about as good as my ac that it's hooked to.
Great app, need to make sure stat has power

As a thermostat installer, I've used this app on several installations. When there is power to the thermostat, the registration works great. If no power, the app will never see a thermostat to register. You need to make sure the installer has hooked up a "common" wire on the thermostat. With the stat powered, the registration works. If you need more help, click on the developers web site in the app store, and it will show you an 800 number. You can also send them an email. Once you register, the ease of setting up your schedule and seeing everything from your home screen makes it all worth it.

Cons: The app locks up and errors more often than not when sending commands. This causes the need to force close the app and re-enter commands. Also the interface is not very intuitive. Hopefully with future updates they will fix these issues. Pros: The ability to control multiple t-stats serviced by different routers on one home screen is great.
Update ruined the app that was slow to begin with spent a lot of money on 5 term

Whoever did the upgrade must not of tested it. I have restaurants and customers are complaining on the temp. Can not control remotely.

The works as designed. It would be nice if there was an option for your login info to be saved. The iPhone6 doesn’t seem to keep this info saved, even though I have the checkbox checked. Maybe the finger print scanner could be enabled so you don’t have to type in the user/pass every time the app is opened. Please fix this!!!

This app worked great but like everything else, Braeburn had to fix something that’s not broken. I could not sign back into the app and it now says my serial number is invalid. Thanks for the update ??

Y’all ruined your app with the last update. Not only do I own a thermostat that uses this app to flip the air conditioning on during the day to keep pets cool now that were in triple digits where I live, I manage one of your distortion stores. I will not be offering blue link until y’all fix this.
