I am a professional installer that cannot access my own system. How is this going to affect my bottom line when I have to go service all of your products I have installed? Fix your interface.
Glitchy and Cumbersome

This app is not user friendly and has many issues like randomly closing, lengthy logins, and slow response rates. If I could choose a different app I definitely would.

This app worked when I first installed it. Now it is so unreliable. It is slow when it does work but all too often the app kicks you offline before you complete the command. Very frustrating!
App Update not working well

Since the V3 update I can’t change my thermostat at night. App logs in then crashes when you go to the page that you adjust temp from.
Can't Login to my Account!

I created an account from the browser on my laptop which I can access properly, but I can't login to my account from this app. I keep getting a message saying that my Email address or password is invalid. The app is useless as I can't even log into it. Please fix this!!

I can log in but when i try to change temperature i goes back to home screen. Tried deleting and redownloading but still doesn’t work.

It looks as though it ought to be super intuitive, but it crashes constantly even when asking for basic things.
