I am having a very hard time with blue driver. When I start my truck it will not sync with my iPhone, or it does stink and then stops working during my drive. At times it does stink but loses all of my presets.

This is so useful and worth the money! I do most of the maintenance in our work vans and personal vehicle, and it has helped me to be successful in doing so. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

My fiancé bought me this device for Christmas and I never looked back. It’s great to know what’s going on with your vehicle real time. Works as advertised and then some, BRAVO!!!

I purchased my vehicle new five years ago. About two years ago my service engine light came on. I couldn’t feel a difference in driving or had a clue what was wrong. When I took it to the dealership, they plugged in with a similar tool and charged me $99 for the diagnosis. It was an evap problem that cost me another few hundred dollars to fix. I found BlueDriver and it appeared a bit more expensive then the others. I ordered it. I received it and ran a regular check along with a smog check on the device. It gave me one code that I was immediately able to relate to my stereo upgrade so I knew to ignore it. Three days ago my service engine light came on again. I plugged in and ran a diagnostic check. It popped a code and said my Thermostat was going bad. One thing I like about this diagnostic tool is it tells you to fix the item immediately or if you have some time before the repair needs to be made. In this case, the diagnostic tool told me to fix it ASAP. Here I am now at the dealership getting the thermostat changed. It’s really more then I would like to pay for the service but its $99 less then having to pay a diagnostic fee. The tool has now paid for itself.

and the scan tool. It’s incredibly simple to use, the suggestions for repairs are helpful and usually seem fairly accurate. As are the links to the repair items needed. My only criticism keeping it from a 5 star rating is that when closing it you can’t get rid of the app being open in the recent/suggested app dock on the bar at the bottom of an iPad. The only way to close it out is to hard reboot the iPad.
