Good but do not force updates

Good app but please do not force users to update the app to the latest version. I needed immediate access to important information, but I was forced to waste time updating instead of actually providing information to my new doctor. Poor UX.
Very Good app, lots of info at a glance

Overall the app is quite good at getting your benefits and cost share info quickly as well as search for doctors or facilities. What is missing for me is the ability to add your member card to the Apple Wallet and the ability to add all my physicians to “my care team” . Currently there is no add button to create my whole team. Only my primary care physicians name appears there and certainly one doctor does not make up a team of caretakers. It would be great to be able to have all the doctors I see (specialists included) in one place.

Please add the function to access tele health/tele doc and the ability to file complaints, grievances and comments via this app.
Why no iPad version?

I use my iPad more frequently than my iPhone, and almost always in landscape mode, so not having a specific iPad app is is huge negative for me.

Clear, easy to read. Wish it would allow for viewing on an iPad when the iPad is in a landscape position. Also wish it would say to whom the check was mailed.
Impossible to Find Website to apply for dental

I have searched high and low and cannot find baca website to apply for a dental. Very frustrating.
