Can't paste in password field

I have complex passwords that I store in a password manager. Usually I copy it from 1Password to paste in a login form, but the people making this app decided they would disallow pasting in the password field. Well, now I'm not gonna go in and manually type in my complex password, thanks a lot. Almost as bad as banks not allowing me to paste an account number.

Upon opening the app for the first time, I was asked to either create account or sign in. I thought I had an account so proceeded to choose sign in. After the login failed I attempted to go back to create an account - which proved very difficult as there were no breadcrumbs for me to go back or options in the hamburger menu. Closing the app didn't work either.
Doesn't save login after it updates the App!!

I'm logged in for over a year, then they do an update and now it doesn't save my log in info. I hate Apps that don't save log in information!!! I can't be expected to remember a million passwords with caps, letters and a special character for each thing - just pre-load the username and password!! It's an App on a phone not a website!! I seriously hate you Blue Cross!! Learn how to make a freaking App the right way!! SAVE THE LOG-IN!!!!

The navigation is haphazard, the information displays are sloppy with text and graphics improperly sized so that they overlap and are clipped

Almost didn't bother downloading the app due to a review below that claimed the app prevented pasting passwords into the login field. I just successfully logged in with no problems whatsoever. I pasted a long, complex password from my eWallet app. I'm using an iPhone 6s on iOS 10.2 So far the app appears to be very well designed. Haven't vetted it thoroughly but wanted to clarify the above information.

After logging in it takes me to a site where it tells me to register and then tells me to log in again....horrible. Absolutely horrible.

Great to have TouchId added. Makes the experience much better. Love the little sayings upon login. This app keeps getting better. Nice job!
A Must Have App for Blue Shield

This is an amazing app to have and use for my health insurance. I specifically really like the clean layout. I can't wait to keep getting then new update releases. Love the touchID feature so I don't need to remember my password all the time!!!
