The app login screen isn’t properly formatted. You can’t press the continue button because it is right on top of the last name box.

App says all my past claims for medical care were not covered and not paid. Absolutely and wildly weirdly wrong!!!

So clean, super user friendly. Has everything I need to go to the doctor or get information or view my claims information. This is the standard that all the other health plans should follow!!
