I have been after them for 6 -9 months already that the application does not retain my created signature of my name and a couple lines . They don’t care so people like you and I should not use the product to send the message ! They keep on adding on the updates ( Email Sent By Blue Mail) And not retaining my signature when they do the updates ! I agree with other reviews that show they don’t care about the customers using there application! GOOD BYE BLUE MAIL

After today’s update, the app stopped working. It displays a completely empty white screen after start up . I’m on the road today and won’t have email — that’s a significant loss for me. (iPhone XS Max, iOS 12.3)

I cannot understand how somebody can develop an app and then it does not completely work when open other than displaying a blank screen and nothing else. Great job!!

I have had nothing but problems with this app. I use it for work and 95% of the time I don’t get notifications when I get new mail. I have to manually go in and check it. Sometime I’ll have 10 new emails when I go in manually. Right now, I can’t even open it since the last update.

This mail client is awesome, it’s organized, easy to use and to top it all off, it has an awesome dark them for when I need to check something late at night. But good lord, it barely works! I have to open the app several times just so it can load everything, sometimes it gets stuck loading messages and again, I have to quit and restart it, sometimes mail doesn’t go through on some days and then decides to do that to other accounts and mix and match. Where did my trash go? Where is the inbox and that message I was just looking at? Why are deleted messages reappearing in my inbox? I’m disappointed and sad that I have to use a different client and more so because this is the only free one with a dark theme.
