I just upgraded the app and I have to start from scratch and sign in to ALL of my email accounts. This is a royal pain in the butt and there was no warning!!!!!!!!!!!

Came home today and went to check my mail. Got the new user screen asking me to add an account. They pushed out an update that completely reset the app. Would be annoying for one account but I have multiple accounts so I won't be doing this again. I can accept flaws but an update that nukes everything is not one of them. Goodbye, BlueMail. Update: While in the process of finding a new mail app, an update was quietly pushed out that reversed the issue. All missing accounts reappeared so I didn't have to set them all up again. It would have been nice to at least have the devs acknowledge there was a problem and a fix was in work. Instead, there was nothing for three days to let users know what was happening. I'm not expecting the devs to fall on their swords but at least a token post that an unexpected issue had occurred and would be resolved shortly would have saved me (and others) some time and effort. So I'm using the app again but also have a backup in the wings just in case. I hope things work out, though, because this is one of the better mail apps.

The latest update makes it almost unusable. Will be looking for something else now.

My phone automatically updated BlueMail about a week ago and I absolutely hate the update. I had to add all of my accounts back in after the update and had trouble adding accounts. My mail does not sync properly and some accounts I have to keep inputting my password. This is to be my favorite email app but not now.

This app lost all my email accounts this morning and made me start all over!! Up until today, it worked fine! Also took away clusters, the primary reason I used this app!! ??Avoid like the plague!! If only I could rate 0 stars!!

When I updated to get the 'bug fixes and improvements' I was not expecting all my custom signature files (one per account) to be over-written with an advertisement for the app. Huge disappointment there... Also it now says that it is 'syncing' and then after an hour, on a 22 megabit line it still says it's syncing. Until the recent update this client was good overall, especially for managing multiple accounts. Hope to see functionality restored soon!
