Videos won’t download

I purchased 5 of the in app exclusive workouts and only 2 will actually let me use them. The other 3 still say I have to purchase. When I do they say I’ve already purchased & they’ll be restored but even when I close out and reopen the app, the same thing happens.

App didn’t work

Purchased and used for two days. On the third day it said I needed to purchase to view recommended videos...it was supposed to be for 30 days. Would not recommend.

Not showing workout calendars

It Is a way just to get you to buy a timer. There’s no way to skip in the timer or go back just in case you mess up. Doesn’t keep running if you leave app. And you have to enter everything yourself even if you paid for a program. there’s no way to get that pre-loaded somehow in the timer. It doesn’t add it to the in app calendar for you which I think should be included. And only gives you access to the already free videos that you could already look at on your phone and the forum which again you could already do on your mobile device. Has potential but seems like it just was made and forgotten.

This app is so great — when it works. Often the timer straight up doesn’t show up in my home page so I can’t use the core function of the app. Please fix!

Wants me to purchase timer again

I purchased the timer previously and when I re-downloaded the app it’s asking me to purchase it again. I think this is very frustrating.

The calendar no longer updates, does this mean that this app is going to be discontinued so we have to switch to her more expensive app?

I subscribed for .99 a month so I can have the calendar in app. No matter what I do my August calendar won’t load. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app. I’ve restored the app. I’ve restarted my phone. It’s only .99 but still I’m not getting what I’m paying for and there’s no place to contact to see if there’s anything else to do
