Calendar won’t load.

It’s halfway through the month and my October calendar still has yet to renew.... I’ve had my calendar take a few days to show up multiple times before and it’s always annoying but it’s never taken over 15 days. Where is the content I paid for? This needs to be fixed.

Despite the app looking clunky, I decided to subscribe to the workouts, however, once I did that it still didn’t give me access to the workouts. I’ve looked everywhere how to get in contact with the app developer with no luck. At least I’m only out $1 and won’t renew the monthly.

Up until a few weeks ago it was working just fine. Starting the beginning of this month, the workouts quit downloading!! What is going on??? I have un-installed the app and reinstalled it. Nothing. I can go back to September, and previous months, and the workouts populate but when I go back to October...nada!!! I’m so disappointed as I love this app!! Granted, I’m not the most consistent but I did use this app quite a bit! Please have your team fix this, Cassey Ho!!!

Have been using this app since it was first released, and it was great, but seems like it hasn’t been updated in 3 years. I started having issues about a year or two ago with the calendars not automatically uploading each month unless I hit “restore”, or closed and reopened the app, or did some weird voodoo thing where I just clicked around enough until it worked. These past two months, I haven’t had the calendars load at all, no matter what I did, and Veam’s website is entirely unhelpful, without any way to contact them regarding app issues. As much as I love Cassey and want to support her, I had to cancel my subscription, and contacted Apple to get a refund for my subscriptions these past two months (which was super easy.) I’ll still be a faithful Popster, but I see no reason to continue to pay for a product that does not deliver.

I have used this app for YEARS. It was amazing until the past several months. I had issues with the subscription loading properly until it refused to load at all. I’ve tried uninstalling/ reinstalling the app. Cancelling and restarting the subscription. Nothing worked. It’s such a shame because the app used to be amazing. You go to the app developer’s website for help, but when you click on the “help page” it leads to an error. The last update to the app was 3 years ago for a “bug fix”. I will be regrettably cancelling my subscription and uninstalling the app as it has no use now. Hopefully it will be fixed in the future!

Poor quality on iPhone

I have been a popster for about 3 months now and am extremely grateful for all the aids Blogilates offers in my workout journey. I had this app installed on my Android and loved it! I really enjoyed having access to specific videos and recipes right at my fingertips. When I switched over to iPhone, this was one of the first apps I installed. However there are not near as many features in this app. For example, the only option I see under recipes is My Favorites, which has no recipes as I just installed the app. I was not sure if this was a bug or a difference between operating systems. I hope it is something that can be addressed in the future as I would love to start using this app again during my workout journey. In the meanwhile I have installed the Pitt28 app and am very impressed by its content. :)

After three years the app stopped working. Kicked me out of my account and will not let me log back in. Very disappointing

I gave this app several years to get its act together. I wanted to support Casey. I even recently purchased the timer for 1.99. But I have never been able to access the calendars that are promised. I just reinstalled the app and now it won’t let me login. Ugh. Please fix. I will use your videos on my computer for free instead. Meantime, so long :(

The app won’t let me login. I keep getting this error message which is very frustrating. I want my money back. When I went to the Veam help desk the webpage didn’t exist. Disappointing. “Error App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.”
