Hi I’ve been using this app for a while and it’s great but recently nothing is showing up and they took away the option for different body part videos. There’s also sections that don’t show up at all. I’ve tried reaching app support but it says it can’t find the server. I’m not sure who to contact at this point to get it fixed. I’m also subscribed and I try to press restore but nothing changes and it still doesn’t show anything.

I have downloaded and subscribed to pay monthly several times. The app will not let me log in, I cannot view the workouts ( which I am being charged for) or the calendars. Please fix ASAP!!! I love her you tube videos and was really hoping for a good workout app. I am unsubscribing for now. Disappointed

I really enjoyed this in the beginning but most recently was charged two months and the calendar feature didn’t work. That’s the only reason I downloaded and payed for the app in the first place.

For paying for the calendar each month it’s been super glitchy off and on Wi-Fi for the past two months. I love having the app and being able to cross off the workouts and Cassie does a great job. I just want a better and more reliable app.

I have been using the workout timer in the app for several years and love it. It’s been the best timer I have been able to find. My iPhone got updated a couple days ago. I went into the app to use the timer today and it wasn’t there. I didn’t even have an option to purchase it. The app won’t let me sign in either or even purchase the monthly calendar. Please fix this

Would love to give this 4-5 stars but I had to re-download the app and never had it linked to social media. When I attempted to restore my purchases (Beginners Calendar 2 and monthly calendar subscription) this was not possible and it attempts to charge me again. There’s no other way to login in except for Facebook to Twitter which I’ve never linked to this app. All the while my card is still being charged for something I cannot use. This is incredibly disappointing as I love the workouts particularly on days when I can only work out from home. Please fix this or stop charging me!

Workout Calendar Not Working

The workout calendar in the app does not load the workouts for the beginning of the months, and has been like this a good few months now. Sometimes it would have all the workouts loaded, but only about halfway into the month. I try to reset the app and had to check to make sure that I am still subscribed, which I am, and still nothing. It is really quite a disappointment not having the workouts for the current date ready to go, and completely defeats the purpose of the monthly workout calendar. It is also very hard to find a customer service email, if that even exists. Overall pretty unreliable as of lately, and I have been using the app for around 3+ years and had not trouble until recently. I hope this problem can be resolved as I love the apps/workouts easy to use format.
