Curiosity usually gets the best of me and I end up purchasing a subscription to see my likes rather than play the endless swiping game. However, it didn’t take long before I started seeing people over 200 miles away even though I set my preference to 30 miles. If I wanted a long-distance relationship, I would have set my preference with a greater range. I’m so glad I took my time about subscribing. I would have been ticked to have paid and found out the 99+ likes were from people outside my local area.

It’s absolutely ridiculous to include a desired distance option and have it be completely useless. I’ll have my distance set to 50 miles max and I still get a barrage of people who are 150+ miles away. It’s been like this for over two years. Seems like a simple fix, but the app devs obviously can’t be bothered with making changes that will give users a better experience. And don’t forget about all the fake profiles/hooker bots. Save your time and don’t download this pathetic excuse for a dating app. I’d give it 0 stars if I could

I just want to take the time out to say thank you to BLK! I have met the LOML on here after countless failures on other apps. We are going on a year string. I highly recommend this app.

This is worst app ever!!!!The person behind this app is a scammer. Do NOT pay for premium subscription soon as you do they will disable your account for no apparent reason…..I asked numerous times to get my money it’s like a robot on the-other side of the screen because they will disregard you!!!!!!I repeat do not get this app they will take your money. You have been warned.

In my opinion the app isnt very useful, youll see a few matches that are nearby but most of the matches youll see will be 150+ miles from your location. Even if you change the distance settings the app will still show you for the most part people that are 150+ miles away from you, and sprinkle in a few that are close here and there. The left swipes count against your total swipes for the time period so you would have to block a lot of the people youll see in order to actually save swipes. Its too much of a hassle. So I would have to say its not a very good app.

$30 a month to see who likes you is insane. Especially when y’all let soooooo many non black ppl on here. Creepy for yt ppl to download an app called BLK LOOKING SOLELY FOR BLACK PPL. Who else would they be looking for. No. Not paying $30 to stand on stage. And my account was deleted for no reason and I was paying. You guys must’ve deleted it because you were upping the price. Screw this app and I want my money back.

I use the app off and on, randomly my account was disabled, it says to contact if this was done in error. Whoever responds deals with you as if you’re a criminal and my inquiries have been left unanswered. But there’s women selling box via Snapchat that flourish on this app.
