It’s expensive, but worth it :)

$99 a year

First as soon as I opened the app they INSTANTLY as for money. “Hold up, I haven’t even had a chance to test it, I’m not forking over $100+” Then I browsed through a few sections and ALL of the content is locked. DELETED!!

Very disappointed. Never received app after paying $90

I purchased the annual plan and it was never delivered. The company charged me in May, and has not refunded me. I have contacted them 5 times, and have not received a response (except one who said someone would get back to me and they never did). I have never had this happen with any other app. Odd and very disappointed with customer service. Update 7/23/19: They continue to ignore my emails.... and have yet to receive a refund for the annual subscription I never received. Although they replied when they saw this review, they just asked me to email again. I did and still no response. Extremely frustrating. Will be reluctant to purchase any other expensive apps through Apple.

So efficient!

This is really a great app. In 15 min, I read a whole book my team had been discussing. I feel I can confidently discuss all the concepts now. The summery is certainly thin (but digestible in 15 min) and now I think I want to go back and read the whole book!

Best App if you want to read a book in short .

Amazing App ! Good job guys . I was struggling a lot to read complete book and lost interest some how even for good book . I read 76 Blinkist within 6 months and somehow my knowledge increased a lot even without putting my effort. Thanks again!

Do not download any f you are looking for thousands of good reads for free. An app I would recommend for that is Wattpad.

Don’t waste your time

If you want to get anything beneficial from this app you better have “$99.99/ yr” for it. Jus go on books a million or B&N and just read the descriptions of books. Same thing

Love this app! I was so tired of buying books that were 80% storytelling to get you to buy in before getting to the meat. This app fixes that!

Super Annoying Ad Campaign

GG245777543236

As someone with tons of marketing and advertising experience I have to say this is hands down the most annoying ad campaign I’ve ever seen.Trying too hard to be hipster-ish and ending up just forced and fake. You can do better, more real. Less mannequin. More soul. Less plastic life with neon lights wrapped in cellophane square with vacant stares.

Don’t do the free trial

First, I’ll say that I was naive. I admit that. I was naive about the risk-reward trade-off. You get a week to try out the product, but also risk being saddled with $100 charge of you forget the deadline. So I am not condemning the company for charging me for my forgetfulness— but charging me the maximum amount possible, and then making it impossible for me to make an appeal? That seems like malicious exploitation. In my case, won’t receive any value from the subscription, because I already have access through another service. So this is $100 out of my pocket and into yours because of my naïveté, and your exploitative cunning. Beware fellow consumers.
