Hey!! This game is awesome but there’s some issues, I would be happy if everyone can have a name, like what in trying to say is that only one person should have one name, nobody else can have that name and that bugs me, takes me hours to find a name that’s not been used, again this game is great but that’s the only thing that bugs me cause almost all the names are taken so I would like more than one person have a name that someone else used.

I have played blades and rings sporadically over several years and recently I had gotten back into the game with little trouble. However when I logged in today my game launched in an Asian language that I am unable to read. I first tried to look for an obvious button for customer support but could not find one. Next I went here and found a review with a reply from the developers listing a support email. When I contacted the support email I was sent an automated message saying they were receiving too many inquiries and gave off a sense that I would not receive help. I am willing to edit my rating but so far my customer service experience has not been good.

The game was super fun to begin with but after only 2-3 weeks, the server has died and it has no longer been fun. Even though technically the game is free to play, it’s really not. In order to do most things such as Void Lands and stuff like that, you have to have entry material or spend bound diamonds. There are a few small ways to earn bound diamonds such as achievements but you get like 40 bound diamonds and the material to get into Void Lands cost 50-80. Another way to get bound diamonds is to actually buy regular diamonds and use those in an investment. You constantly have to spend diamonds to keep your companions active as well. You spend diamonds to buy boxes only to spend diamonds again to unlock the boxes. Drop rates are stupid low, fusion rates are dumb, and the fact that you can only get some items such as goblets by spending a crap ton of money for treasury spins only to find out that you need 3 of the goblets, which are rare 1 star items, to fuse into an epic 2 star goblet. Then 3 of those 2 stars into an epic 3 star. So basically 9 goblets to make 1 Epic 3 star goblet..... and you need two of them for the set. Also that is assuming you don’t fail the fusion because it’s at a set % rate. The game won’t let you try to make it 100%. So in conclusion... crappy fusion rate, crappy drop rate, crappy currency setup. There are better games to spend money on.
