They release updates, and you can’t play. Their customer support is total horsecrap.

They did a update and I lost my account that I spent around 70-100$ on I was a vip level was 302 when I asked customer service what the issue was they kept asking for my name and server but when I would give them what they asked they said they couldn’t find me my name or the server so I logged into both my friends accounts that are on my server and I’m still on their friends list and obviously the server exists but the customer service won’t give me my money back or find my account keep in knowledge I bought VIP which would last me the whole year but if my accounts gone what’s the point I just want either my money back or character I refuse to start over with the money I spent and time I’ve used

It’s been awhile since I have been able to accept my level gift rewards, I haven’t any gotten rewards since level 230 and now I am level 301 I don’t if its a bug besides this problem everything about the game is great. Hope you guys can respond and help me get my rewards. Thanks

This company by far is a joke. I honestly feel someone that works for this company is stealing our money. Yes I have paid money to play this game and about every third transaction the game would crash and I’d never receive my diamonds. Yet I’d still be charged. I’ve opened idk how many tickets and after weeks of no response I’d have to get Apple to refund my monies. Now after playing for about 4 months all my characters are gone. Completely gone and ZERO response from this company. Refuckingdiculous. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME IF YOURE GOING TO SPEND MONEY. THEY WILL STEAL IT FROM YOU !!!!!!

Been playing for 7 months and all they want is your money. They don't care about the glitches they make you feel like it's your fault the game glitches on you. They do nothing but tKe your money. Not worth it
