Completely useless customer service

I have played this game for quite some time and have spent money as well. Lately customer service has become so incompetent and stupid that I’m about to quit this game. I have been trying to get them to fix a problem since December 23rd and they are refusing to believe me and rectify the problem when I spent good money to do the event. I used to enjoy playing this game but it has become more and more of a pay to win game and god forbid you have any issues because their customer service does nothing to help and gives lame excuses as to why they can’t do anything about it. Every time they do an update there are bugs and glitches that take forever to fix and they don’t offer any compensation for their mistakes. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Please please don’t waste your time on this game

I love the game is just as soon as I hit level 1 rebirth I cannot pump my stats any more so I can’t equip better items

This game rewards you if you play consistently. It’s about playing smart and not spending just because you have it. It’s about spending in the right places, even then ur consistency in playing rewards u more than ur money will. I’ve been playing for over a year now

The game itself is fun but if your a kid with no kind of income this game is not for you. This game is nothing but a money-making monopoly.i have 2 I phone 8 1 iPad min and 3 android tablets but I only invest in my main. A lil over 2 years farming and killing bosses and I have yet to get anything worth my time I’m lucky guild members that invest heavy help me out. They should consider boosting drop rates up before people start looking ealse where. Again the game is fun but only for those that can afford to pay for what they like. There are gear that requires over 2000 lapis to epic and getting 1 drop for boss is a waist of time. That’s why 2 years of farming with 5 accounts and I have nothing to show for. When this changes so will my rating for now all I give is 1 Star. Thanks for reading.
