Activation Not working on latest iOS

A.Morgado

Bought a new iPhone X, my IT department has sent me multiple access keys but none of them work, they indicated its an issue with the app compatibility and iOS version. Please look into this ASAP.

Touchid-useless

muzbaligi

App keeps asking for password all the time. I feel lucky if i can use touch which happens 1 out of 20 times on average

Why bother with Touch ID at all

Thatguyrightoverthere

Why have Touch ID if you’re gonna make me type in my ridiculous password at least every day anyway?

iPhone X Support?

DSalpeter

When is it coming?

Stop asking for notifications!

HockeyGoalieGuyMN

Update: really convenient how you have reset my email signature for me. Thank you for that ? this app is an absolute fail. I choose to not receive notifications but every time I log in your app asks me to allow notifications. Pay attention to Apple, ask once and don't ask again at this point if I even said yes it will not turn notifications on because apple will not allow you to present the "request notifications" alert again. It's a minor thing but incredibly frustrating.

Worst App I Use

jrosen76

I am forced to use this app, but it is terrible. Slow and buggy. Very weak update cycle. Not a great iOS citizen.

Touch ID useless

spainophile

All of my banking apps use Touch ID for initial login. Why has the Good tech team implemented this in such a way that it's a useless feature? Buggiest app I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to use. Wish there were other options. For a messaging and email centered company to have such fundamental issues with syncing is one of the great mysteries of life.

This app is horrible!!!!

AP_Review

This app is horrible !!! - constant app crashes; ongoing failures to use fingerprint logon feature, which means ongoing manual logins; app is horribly slow when syncing; don't waste your time downloading this app, it doesn't even deserve 1 star

How to design a bad app

ThisNicknameistaken1999

If Blackberry hopes to survive, they had better learn from its mistakes. This app is a train wreck of mistakes. Crummy UI with the you stupid floating Good button. Touch ID implementation is horrific. You need to reenter your password versus Touch ID multiple times every day. Sent folder does not sync by default. Go brew a cup of coffee while it "catches up" if you are looking to forward a recent email you composed to on more person. And the "secure browser" Good Access ... good grief. BB you owned smartphones and squandered it. You had QNX, a fantastic Mobile OS and couldn't package and market it, now the trend continues with the Good acquisition. Surely there is another company ready to take this market from BB given their poor execution. The need is huge as is the void in the current options.

App could easily be improved

JSUDaniel

The app needs to use TouchID for authentication as opposed to a password, which is more secure anyway. Also, please update for iPhone X.
