Echo for every other chief complaint: terrible login protocol, ridiculous notifications (“Email Received”), terrible calendar integration, but it’s “secure,” so a lot of the complaints aren’t necessarily the fault of Good/Blackberry, but your company’s IT department. Oh, also - the iPhone X is out. I’d normally be upset that they still haven’t figured out FaceID, but considering Touch ID was more of a hinderance than a bonus, I’ll just stick to fat-fingering my password in every 10-15 minutes like it’s 2002.

This app is such trash. It literally will not load anymore. Fix this blackberry. We all need this app for work clearly. I wish I had different options.

I have to log in every time I need to use the application, which is very inefficient. The notifications sometimes notify me with the email Subject and the sender, but most of the time just alert me with "email received." Which is very frustrating because then I have to log into my account to see what the email is. I get quite a few company-wide emails that are unimportant at the moment and have to go through this clunky process to see what the email is about to see if it is important. I wish I didn't have to use this app for my work. Google works every time and has always been amazing. Also, it does not sync with my email. So if I check my email on my computer it will not update on my phone until I log in and manually reload the app.

This app used to work well, but somewhere over the last month, it has become real slow to update emails. I will get a notification in the Notification Center that I have a new message, but the. I open the app to read the message and it takes a minute or more to load the message. Most times I have to close the app and relaunch it. Ugh!!!

Our admin team keeps telling me to reinstall which is proving to be of no help. Between this and the other option I have for work, it would be easier for me to lug my laptop around and dial in remotely.

Oh look, an email! ** clicks on BlackBerry icon ** Connecting........ I know it's a bit of a novel idea to be able to get your emails from your email app but this app simply does not work! Every single f***ing time I open blackberry to retrieve an email, the app gets stuck on connecting for an eternity. It would be quicker for me to drive to work and login to my computer than to attempt to retrieve emails from BlackBerry. Seriously, bring back GOOD enterprises! It actually worked.

Worst app ever. A disgrace that BlackBerry owns this. Delays, buggy in email, warning to leave free 5% of my iPhone and iPad storage. As a former Bold 9000 dedicated user, it is disgusting this is what Blackberry has morphed into. CEO Chen - read how low the ratings are on this and fire a few people and get it fixed.
Not working since last update

App used to be ok. Not working on Iphone 8. I log in and it says I have emails but the main screen is blank. Just says "Emails" and doesn't actually populate them. Then if I click the search bar the app auto exits. Not sure what's going on but I hope it gets fixed soon and I am required to use this for work.
