iPhone X support?

DSalpeter

BlackBerry work is now the only app I use regularly that has not been updated to support iPhone X. It has already been almost two months since launch. Is this something expected to be addressed and if so when?

What Touch ID?

NickyZeee

What is the point in having Touch ID if it doesn’t work. It’s sporadic at best. So inefficient to enter password all the time and not user friendly. Companies don’t survive like this!

Works well except inconsistent login experience

Rum-it

I have IPhone X with latest iOS version. The Face ID works well most of the time- but if you use the phone camera.... it just logs you right out! A bug that needs fixing. Other than that- a much better experience than the native iPhone mail app

Need iPhone X support !!!!!

Puddles (RJ)

Have to type password to log in.

If you haven’t opened your app in a while, good luck getting to your meeting on time

Clete2

If you don’t open the app to sync then it can take forever to catch up. Good luck getting to your meeting on time when you have to wait 10 minutes for it to sync before you can see your calendar.

Horrible

Ben Firestorm

I immediately deleted this app after 5 minutes of pain. My fellow employees will have to wait until I get into the office before I respond to email.

Horrible UI and UE

Xanopher

Good was a horrible app. BlackBerry has done nothing to improve on Good. This app is one of the buggiest and needs a complete overhaul.

Needs new access key every single time

Not-Mozart

Basically you can only login if you are at work sitting in front of your computer so you can set a new key. You will never be able to tell your boss you are late because this app will not open because you will need a new key.

Not updated for iPhone X, not true Touch ID

skeeJay

It is pointless to only allow Touch ID (or Face ID) login until the “app has restarted.” The practical outcomes is needing to type your passcode (a new, second password you need to create! Makes my phone **less convenient** than my computer!) every time you want to view your mail. Touch ID is meant to authenticate the device owner at any time, and a core tenet of iOS is that the user does not need to know something so technical as whether the app is still in memory. Allow Touch ID to view mail all the time like every other secure app.

Lousy app

SciencePlease

As others have noted, always having to login is really annoying and inefficient. Half or more of the emails simply say ‘email received ‘, which is pretty much worthless unless you login to read the actual email. I only use this because my employer forced us to use it. I on the other hand have simply gotten in the habit of not giving a chit about email when I am away from my desk. Not an ideal compromise but one that is so far working.
