Did the iOS 10 update now the app won't even open

Using ipad air under firmware 1.3 cameras worked great! upgraded to iPad version 10 cameras worked great. Notified of an update to firmware 1.4 went ahead and did it. Now under firmware 1.4 the cameras will not connect. Reboot etc still will not working. On other devices I have running firmware 1.3 they all work fine. Avoid version 1.4 until they fix it. I filed a fix it ticket waiting for customer service to respond. update: customer support had me to a reset and reinstall the cameras as if they were new nothing!!! version 1.4 DOES NOT WORK I tried to downgrade back to 1.3 which worked fine but you cant. You think they would have tested this firmware a bit more before releasing it. cameras are just papers weights now!!! I own three cameras and extremely frustrated (cant use then words I wanted to or I would be banned here) I cant use them. We need a fix Black Label asap!

****Updated review 9/23/16 App is now working again w/o needing a wifi connection! Thank you! Love the cameras and the app! Easy to use! Original review 9/17/16 This was a 5 star Before updating to iOS 10 the cameras and app were amazing! After the update the app won't even launch if you're not connected to wi-fi. I've submitted a work order/complaint. Please fix this soon.

New 1.4 update is lousy!!

I have used these cameras for over a year now and as of this week with the update I can't get a connection on my iphone 6s!! For this reason I wouldn't recommend anyone buy these cameras. I was even getting ready to buy another one. Thank goodness I didn't!! I depended on these cameras and now they are worthless!! Black label we need a fix quick!!!!

Updated Version 1.4 for iPhone

I was able to view the camera using my phone up until version 1.4 came along. At first I thought the actual camera was not working. But I've logged in with 2 other devices that don't have this updated version, and I'm able to view the camera. Unfortunately, my phone is what I use to view it when I'm away from home but it's not happening. I wish I would've kept the older version.

These cameras worked great initially that I purchased two more. 5 stars. Ever since the iPhone iOS 10, they have not worked. Need to fix please

1.4 is not working at all

Please fix it! Stopped working on all our devices. I reset everything, connected again from scratch and still it's not able to connect. Just black screen clocking endlessly. I need this camera to watch my puppy. Please fix as soon as possible!

The camera works great for me. Great quality can pan entire room. I give it three stars because if I lose connection, unplug it, reboot router....the cam goes off line and I cannot connect it. I have tried rebooting cam, reinstalling, Everything. I cannot reconnect. It continues to say offline.
