The app no longer works! It's constantly going offline. No matter how many times you change your password, it will say password is weak. Not a good product at all. Avoid buying this.

First camera I bought worked for a couple months. The second one I bought never work. The first one broke shortly after. Tech-support is horrible. You can only write emails and they will never answer them. I feel like there's something wrong with the app. That's why nobody has reviews of it actually working. What a waste of money.

The latest update is horrible previous version had little to no problems. Now you're lucky if you can connect to remote cameras. When you do it takes forever for them to come on line. Also app does not provide ability to contact authors to tell them the problems.

I have two separate accounts that I use, one for my home and one for a shared family vacation house. There is a glitch in the program that will not allow you to log out of one account and then log back in to another account. Keeps showing “please check network status“. It also will not let me make any edits, showing the same message. My WiFi network is working fine. I deleted the app and reinstalled, and now it will not let me login at all. Please fix this issue!

The camera used to be great. Could view things from the camera even if I was away from home or on separate wifi. Now it will connect but only for a short period of time. I have reset the camera with app and followed all instructions. Over and over again. All I want to do now is throw this camera out the window!! My recommendation to anyone is don't buy this camera!!!

They have made it way to difficult to set up. APP does not match up with the downloaded app.

I’ve purchased three cameras, all which have now broken. Two of them broke in the exact same way and one had simply stopped working. I’ve tried to contact customer support through Groupon and through email directly to the company with no response.
