firmware 1.4 crash – Black Label Camera Review

Using ipad air under firmware 1.3 cameras worked great! upgraded to iPad version 10 cameras worked great. Notified of an update to firmware 1.4 went ahead and did it. Now under firmware 1.4 the cameras will not connect. Reboot etc still will not working. On other devices I have running firmware 1.3 they all work fine. Avoid version 1.4 until they fix it. I filed a fix it ticket waiting for customer service to respond. update: customer support had me to a reset and reinstall the cameras as if they were new nothing!!! version 1.4 DOES NOT WORK I tried to downgrade back to 1.3 which worked fine but you cant. You think they would have tested this firmware a bit more before releasing it. cameras are just papers weights now!!! I own three cameras and extremely frustrated (cant use then words I wanted to or I would be banned here) I cant use them. We need a fix Black Label asap!
