I have always found, despite the minimalistic controls, that this app provided one of the best “film emulation” end products. I wish the developer would reinvest his time in this app, even if it were to cost something to the user. I have revisited the app and, applying it to XS max photos, still really enjoy its output.

One of my most-used filter apps. Provides just more than a handful of filters emulating various films. As simple as it could possibly be and just as useful. A killer tool.

This "free" app seems to be just a demo. After making some edits I was prompted to buy things. I didn't see a option to save the picture. This should be communicated more clearly in the App Store. It should have the "in app purchases " notice.

Why it's free to GET! If we need to pay for nothing? iPhone has he's own better.. editing options.?

This app makes black and white pictures easy to make and modify, while hosting a beautiful interface. Blurring the lines between professional and everyday photography apps, BLACK puts editing in a modern, easy to navigate interface, while maintaining artistic abilities and performance. Using outdated and antique black and white cameras as inspiration, their filters are more realistic and diverse than any other app out there. -Mason

I truly love the accuracy of the various films being emulated within BLACK. Not that I've encountered any bugs, but it's been over a year since it saw an update, so it hasn't even been optimized for iOS 10 yet. Hopefully the app is still being supported.

If it worked. Very disappointed that it crashes every time I try to use it. Especially after buying the in-app purchase.
