I can't ever use the app because I constantly get kicked out and the password and user name never saves. So it's pointless to have.

The app used to be pretty good, a little disorganized but immensely convenient. Now it just crashes immediately upon opening. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app many times to no avail. I won’t go back to paper coupons, so I find myself visiting BJ’s only to buy familiar staples rather than new items.

Just got the app Looking for specific items. There is no search button you just have to scan thru 367 coupons to find the one you want with no logic to layout (alphabetical order/by item) And it has my member number but not the barcode. No shortcut in case I forgot mine at the register. Huge disappointment Maybe hire a website specialist. I know if one if you’re interested. Hope this will help bring about these changes. In the mean time I can live without this app. Thanks.

Been a bj member for years. App won’t let me sign in. Useless. I even tried to set up a new sign in and it won’t let me. Maybe time to look into Costco to see if the shopping experience is easier.
