Frustrating
NYC App Fiend
This app worked for about a month and then all of a sudden it logged me off and no matter what I do I can’t get back on. I’m now only able to access coupons by going straight to the BJ’s website and logging in there. Useless now. If not for this tremendous inconvenience, overall the app is ok.

The app is working well for me. I love that I no longer have to tear out, keep track of, and remember to use the coupons. “Clip” in the app and they are automatically added to the card. I just noticed the order ahead for the deli and the gas price which are great additions. I only rated 4 stars because I would like a feature to scan the bjs card barcode from the app and not have to take out the physical card to scan. I often pay with apple pay so I don’t have to take out my wallet. This convenience is taken away when I have to take it out for my bjs card.

The app used to be pretty good, a little disorganized but immensely convenient. Now it just crashes immediately upon opening. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app many times to no avail. I won’t go back to paper coupons, so I find myself visiting BJ’s only to buy familiar staples rather than new items. Update: It took a few months but it’s working perfectly now. And the filtering is great.

I wish the app would update more so that if the thing that I want to purchase isn’t in stock anymore it would tell me. Good and easy to use. I like that I don’t need to physically cut out coupons anymore and can get e- coupons instead. It would be better if it was more store specific as well because I would want an item that’s in the app but it’s only sold in stores and when I go into the store there is only one BJ’s that sells it and it’s not my store.

What if the app would actually allow me to login; I guess we will never know cause it does not. Waste of time.

It’s so easy to load the coupons onto your card. I always left the paper coupons at home and was never able to save. No saving has become so easy!!!!
