I needed to scan an email that Evidently has a virus in it but… Since I can’t verify the code it won’t scan the email. I called and he had no clue what to do so tech-support did not help any and I’m wondering why I spent the money now

In older versions of the app I could get a complete status off all the devices on my network. Now the app barely shows me anything useful. I can’t even see a status of the BitDefender Box anymore. I don’t even see a way of rebooting the device. What is the point of this? This app has become near worthless if not completely worthless.

Why does it collect, store and share personal information

The whole idea of getting bit defender was to keep my data secure. Why would I want them to store my information on their servers and share it with Adobe.? ?

I work in IT, and i have had nothing but issues. I have it on my pc and it blocks my internet connection 3-5 times. My connection will go out and i have to disable BitD firewall…wait a sec and my connection comes up. I will start my game and it BLOCKS my game midway through. Connection drops. I have had it. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. Operatør error. But NO its just straight garbage. I do NOT want this mess on my phone or iPad.
