Don’t understand why..

Now I have Bitdefender on my Android phones and it works great, and no problems. BUT when I try to activate the BD subscription on my iPhone, it doesn’t work. I signed up using a gmail.com address, but BD keeps asking me for my iCloud address (which the account is Not signed up on). I have had Malwarebytes for about 3 yrs now on my iPhone and have had no problem. So, Uninstalled BD and back with MB. It shouldn’t be this hard.
I changed my WiFi name but it doesn’t show up

Bit defender Central Best of Breed

My computers all have Bit Defender on them. It’s the best of breed out there when it comes to locked down and proven security. The only thing I wish was that Bitdefender had a better security solution for the iPhones.
What is this app’s problem?

I will give this less than one star! Cannot disconnect VPN and VPN slows speed to a crawl :(

App does virtually nothing... can’t even use it to manage your bitdefender subscription to turn off their “auto renewal” which charges you 2-3x the going price...
Good for Antivirus and Website filtering, but not much else.

Setup is easy, the app is slick, the antivirus and site filtering works to an extent (I am not a hacker or antivirus app reviewer, and have not thrown viruses, etc at it to test it. This is more of a complaint/feature request than a complete review. Their Feedback button led me here... My main issue is with the Box's logs. It provides basic logs of what it blocks antivirus-wise, but no actual network logs to use for troubleshooting network issues. As an example, the network is running super slow for wireless. I have to work around the Box, using other devices, etc..., to determine if it causing the issue or something else. For a basic Plug N' Play router it is OK, but adding it to a home network with other networking devices, it lacks in transparency.

Bit defender sells its service as an Antivirus type thing. It says it has support for 5 devices when one buys it, but it will not install on an I phone without their VPN which I do not want. So, I have a useless subscription for 5 devices because it only works on 1 windows computer. I do not want to be held hostage by these morons to use their VPN. I have a VPN that actually does what it says it will do. If Bitdefender cannot make app 1 work like it is purported to, why would anyone want APP #2?
