Love the game but am losing ingredients I make an item then it disappears,very hard to get ingredients I finally do then they are gone. Cannot reach support. This is not fair. I just made popcorn to finish a menu paid the diamonds to fast forward then the popcorn is gone.. help would be appreciated

I’ve been playing this game for around 6 months now, and I love it! Yes, there are some levels that are a little harder to get wins in, but overall, this game is a blast!!

I had to get a new phone. I loved playing this game, was all the way to level 110 after long time play. My phone was backed up, the game was saved, yet when I transferred everything to my new phone, this is the only game that reset as if I was brand new. I’ve contacted support numerous times, silence. They don’t care and are only out for your money!

Loved playing game but ever since increasing daily quests points the regular quests are shortchanged. Once completed 300 point quest and only got 200 just now completed 150 and only got 100. No one will ever get any of the good rewards.

As you play the game, you collect series of cards & once you collect all the cards, you receive a bonus of money to play the game. Some cards you can only request from your “family” or group you are in if you reach a level that ends in a 5 or a 0 according to the app. However, when you reach a level ending in a 5 or a 0, it still does NOT allow you to request those cards. This makes it IMPOSSIBLE to collect all your cards for a big bonus before the time runs out! I have tried everything when reaching these levels to ask for these cards. You can also win them but that doesn’t happen either. When you win the 2 big cards in each set, you often win doubles instead of new ones as you play the game.

A continued review. Now that I play this game more and more I’ve noticed it’s the same “people” that keep winning. I mean it’s one thing to have a few fake accounts playing to make it interesting but not every single winner the same. It’s also in the same order as well. Like I said in my last review it rigged. You can’t even win something. Also it showed I’m on level 13 and it says I won 25 game which I know I haven’t won a single one. Also it’ll glitch and kick me out of a game which doesn’t upset me cause I wasn’t even winning or even had anything marked on my board. Who ever made this game should be fired cause it’s stupid and unfair to win!! Worst game in history!!

This game has changed a lot since I first started to play. Way too many jigsaw puzzle pieces to obtain for each country. I can play for days and never get one. After I finish this one country, if I ever do, I will be deleting the app. Maybe you need to consider making some changes?!

Loved the game but confusing on the town part and it was acting up first no sound now frozen for awhile restarting phone did not help so deleted game
