I have confirmed my email about 6 times now and still have not got my 200 bingo credit when logging back in. I tried to go to app support but it says the page must be broken or was taken down so it’s just annoying you can’t even get help when you need it..

I enjoy playing the game, what I don’t like how it cuts u off. I have had 3 different bingo ‘s today and it has cut me off as I was trying to collect on the last bingo! Pressing the word bingo would not go through!

Use to love this game! I’ve written to support which was no help at all! I read the reviews, more recently, more negative. I’ve spent over a week trying to complete the Oslo puzzle, 1st place Bingos, 2nd and 3rd place, over and over again, NO puzzle piece added, over and over again to the puzzle. The cost has taken the pleasure out of it because there’s so little reward. Now you are having the players use up all their diamonds making an additional cost just to get a bingo, which seldom happens! I have been the leading player forever, so what! Do I need to spend more than $4,000.00, which I have, to get more satisfaction out of this game? Unfortunately, you’ve taken advantage of your players and it’s spoiled it. You’ve taken advantage of the bored players at a sad time while dealing with Covid. Should have gotten more bang for my bucks. After this last $200.00, I’m gone. Wrote this yesterday, glad I’ve spent my last $20 today. Eat my Diamonds and still no win, even if you get a Bingo no puzzle piece!. Also no cards for the big event. You guys blew it. I’m going to YELP NEXT?

Too many bugs. It’s bad enough the game cheats you out of your last bingo when time is up and now you don’t even get credit for the bingos you actually do get before time is up. Nobody wants to play a game they can’t win...EVER

I love playing Bingo but, it doesn’t pay as much. I’m disappointed because if I get a Bingo just before it times out, it won’t give me credit. It doesn’t have an option if we need help finding the number. It doesn’t offer different games and it’s just not that fun.

The worse bingo game yet. I use thousands of dollars for NOTHING!!!!!! This game is only for those that have a large bank account and likes to waste money buying crap to win the game, I wonder how many thousands of dollars they waste. I’m bipolar and need to relax playing games to help control it but this crap game only makes it worse. You NEED TO CHANGE THIS GAME. I am close to deleting it. I’m sure you won’t do anything cuz you really don’t care as long as idiots waste money on crap.
