Doesn’t count some of my bingos, and a little extra time could be given at the end to ensure all spots are marked, and that you didn’t miss out on an extra bingo (has happened to me multiple times, it’s very frustrating)
Wish u could buy power ups

I hate they don’t give u enough power ups and if u want more u have to buy with cash. I wish u could buy with tokens u earn in game. I may delete game. Cause with out power ups u can barely win. Sad

Update in Response to developer’s response: I always play 4 cards and bet as high as I can. But, when you rarely win because the game is so hard due to unfair “rigging” a person runs through their money pretty quick!! The more you play, the game becomes more expensive and harder to win. Very VERY LITTLE reward... and that’s only if you pay, but doesn’t last. RIP OFF!!!! Just send the developers your money & don’t waste your time or storage to play the game.
Cheating and stealing cash

This game has repeatedly taken cash from my bank after purchasing the cash via the App Store. There have been multiple times that I log back in and I’m missing 1000+ in the cash. Also have multiple time outs when I got 3-4 bingos and the game shutdown and no refund was issued. I would like a refund on the money I’ve spent as the game has constantly cheated me one way or another. Hi - I have tried to email you but your site won’t send the email. Please see below. Hi - I had written a review of your Bingoscapes game And was toldto contact you for more information. I have spent hundreds and I'm not even exaggerating, hundreds of dollars on your bingoscapes game and I would like most if not all of it refunded to me! I can go back and get you an exact total if you cannot see it on your end. The game has constant freezes and doesn't refund you the cash and I've also had times where I leave the app and go back in later and I'm missing cash from my bank. It's a disappointment as I love the game but my money has been wasted so many times I can't even count.Whoever this can be escalated to to get the majority if not all of my money back I would like it escalated. I used my Facebook to log in so my profile user name is Brittnay Tilley. I would appreciate the support and the refund!!!

I’m really being to have a love hate relationship with this game. I’m tired of being cheated out of my dollars. There has been multiple times when I have increased my bet and was supposed to get two and sometimes three puzzle but only end up with 1. I’m fed up with winning rounds and sometimes my prize is less then the amount of dollars I played to bet. I’m just getting so frustrated!
Needs some adjustments

Needs adjustments especially when you have to use pretty much all of your power up to battle...then there is nothing left for you to use in your regular game play. My team won battles but we aren’t credited with the win...no response from the developers.
