Loved but now crashes

I loved this when I first downloaded a year ago but now it crashes when I try to log in.
Great idea, frustrating app

Lacks functionality, searching doesn't work on low bandwidth connections, etc. Looks like the app doesn't get frequent updates so sadly this idea might not live much longer ?

I love using this app to capture headstones. I have used it in remote locations without WiFi, as well. The thing I love most about this is it tags the photo with a GPS marker allowing other users to find the stone in the cemetery rather easily. Those who complain about not being able to use their phone camera just don’t get the website very well. The app is meant to be used as a tool for the website, as it captures the GPS location of the headstone for other cemetery enthusiasts and genealogists. Play with it a bit and check out all the features.. I’ve been using this app for almost 10 years and have captured photos in cemeteries in Utah, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Tennessee, Texas, California, Georgia, and Alabama. It’s great fun for the whole family!
Location without permission

I was trying to locate a cemetery in Ogden, Utah and the app kept using my physical location in NC. I found out the name of cemetery was common to more than one state. I kept getting the run around. “Find a Grave” app works real good.
Search in app useless

I gave them exact information for a record I know they have and they came up with a huge list of people that only match by the last name! The desktop version promises that if you download the app, it will lead you right to the grave. I can’t find my person in their long list. I can’t find contact information anywhere. Deleting app. Disappointed
Great Tool for Genealogy

I’m surprised so many people have given this app poor reviews. This app is great for contributing photos and indexing. For searching I much prefer using my computer.
Un able to upload photos? Why respond to a review 3 YEARS AFTER it was left?

Why would you respond to my review 3 years after I left it and tell me my phone is to old? Well three years ago my IPhone 4 was not old. Really? Maybe responding sooner then 3 years later would have been more helpful. App works great, until you want to upload your photos. I spent two hours taking photos, I was amazed how simple it was. I was not able to upload at the cemetery. The message kept saying unable to connect, then it would freeze and crash. Ok so I'm in the middle of a cemetery, maybe there is no signal(i doubt it) so I get out in the world, same thing. Get home same thing. I contact support, (they are nice though) they tell me to connect to a wifi connection? I am? I uninstall reinstall, I so want to use this app so I keep trying. Get out to the cemetery...I check, yup wifi signal, were good. Take about 20 photos, and figured, let me try to upload before I waste my time again. And guess what, starts to upload, freezes and crashes again. I have an Iphone 4, and I asked and it is supported. I give up, I'll try another time

This is a wonderful idea for a multitude of reasons. Unfortunately it seems as if there is a bug. When I tried to make an account it gave me an error message that said I had to confirm my password. I hope you fix it soon! Have a nice day.

We had an activity where many gathered together to use this app. When we tried to login to the app and create an account the app would crash. We thought we’d just take pictures and be able to upload pictures from our camera roll. Nope! So, our time was basically wasted. We have many pictures of graves but no wat of uploading them onto the app.
