Forget about customer service!

The customer service is absolutely deplorable, they don't work on weekends, and their responses are usually “we are very sorry but there is no help to be had” and their mantra of deleting the app and reinstalling it, is really tiresome. The game itself is fun, very complex and challenging. My criticism is that they keep adding new features that feel like nothing but new money grabbing schemes. Meanwhile there are a lot of features where upgrades have been promised forever and the “coming soon” is very old hat by now.

The last update has left me unable to play the game at all. The game will load to 88% then crash. I’ve tried rebooting as well as a hard reset to my device and finally I deleted the game and tried reloading it. It made no difference. The game progresses to slow to be much fun now. I can play for 10 minutes then wait 2 or 3 hours for crops or animals to grow so I can play another 10 minutes. The price for expansions has become ridiculous using game currency that I might be able to buy one in the next year at the rate I’m able to play and earn money.

I enjoy playing however the app doesn’t always work. Not being able to get my farm to load across other devices seems to be a bit aggravating. Connection issues are a on going and really needs to be attended by technical support.

My game won’t load past 88%. I have played for months, reached a level of 160, but game won’t load today, right when my co-op needs me. Tech support is non-existent and does not respond to repeated requests for assistance. This is ridiculous, but what do the makers care? I do not recommend this game...the technical issues just never get corrected. UPDATE: The developers, after 6 days, just responded to my review...they acknowledged problem and ask for patience! Is this the best they can do...ask for patience while I’m still locked out and unable to load? Give me a break...your techs are pathetically hopeless when something requires fixing. DON’T PLAY THIS GAME!!

Tried 4 different times today to load the app on my iPhone but every time I try it would kick out. Because of that I decided to delete the game on my iPhone. It wasn’t a bad game but I don’t have patience when it doesn’t load.

Ever since the update my game loads to 88% and then takes me back to my phone home screen. What the heck is going on?! Love the game other then that.

I truly love the game. I only wish there were ways to update market, water tower, and nursery that were not so expensive, for those of us with limited game funds. The game itself is extremely well done, and great fun. This retired school teacher enjoys it so!
