Waste of ideas

This game keeps upgrading for more additions to the game but does nothing for the glitches they already have. This newest update with a “Tree of Life” seems hurtful to those with religious beliefs. I will not take part of anything that has to do with the tree. The tournaments seem to rids as well. I’ve been playing this game for over a year and at one point I was ready to delete it but I chose to create my own co-op instead. Now I may want to consider deleting the app all together.

This game over charged me 5 times!! I was sitting there playing and it kept saying “payment successful” over and over. I checked my bank and sure enough, 5 times!! I’ve emailed everyone, apple, good game studios. I was on the phone with apple for an hour. All they would do is refund ONE purchase. So I said screw it and kept playing the game. As soon as I made an actual purchase they “banned” my account. I was told it was banned because “I requested a refund and then made a purchase.” They also said “normal people don’t do that.” So I reached out again saying I want my account un-banned and I was told “they will un-ban my account when I return the money they refunded me. I had the game for a WEEK and was out almost $70. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Horrible customer service and same with apple. Horrible!

I love playing this game, but I think it’s ridiculous how expensive it is to expand your land. For heaven sakes this is a game. Everything else is already so expensive; I don’t think buying land should also be this costly. It’s takes the fun out of the game. All these competitions with no way of actually being able to have happy workers, because we can’t afford to expand our land. Come on developers…??
Engaging game for long term play

Update 9/21/21- the new game update is messed up. The side icons are now not on the edge of the screen but further in, giving less usable screen space to play the game. My adventure farm tasks went nuts and started from scratch again. Some icons I try to tap on and nothing even happens. This is a high quality farming game and the various components connect well together. I’ve been playing daily for about 4 months now. It fits in well with a busy lifestyle, where you can hop in and get some things going and then come back later to harvest/collect and get another batch going. Only downside is the fish. Small fish get you 1 fillet when you fry them. Something like 50lb+ gets you 2. But regardless if your fish that you caugh is 70lb or 700lb? You max out at 2 fillets when fried. Bigger fish should continue to give you higher number of fillets. Current setup makes fish an afterthought. Co-op fish fillet collection is near impossible this way also.

After yesterday’s update my game is crashing more often than it already was…which was often. Also all of the icons to click around the screen of the game have moved in toward the center, leaving me only a small area to see if the game screen. This is in my phone. Please fix!! There were several other glitches that seemed to have resolved. Messy update.

EVERYTIME I AM REQUIRED TO UPDATE, it screws everything up ! I go & update the game, it won’t let me in for 3days. I loose my co-op & have to start all over again ! This is irritating & frustrating ! I love this game but now having doubts ! I just updated about 2weeks ago, & now there’s ANOTHER update ! Here I go again with having to start everything all over again cause it won’t let me in ! Starting to make me wonder if the game is worth it ! Something seriously has do be done about this PROBLEM !
Great game until recent update

Loved this game, not too time consuming but something fun to do when I have down time… until most recent update. Barely get logged in and once it shows my farm the whole app closes. Couldn’t report a problem since it was a free game and there’s no receipt so writing a review is my next option to get it fixed.
No longer Fun, and more frustrating

Great game to pass the time throughout the day if you don’t care about the tasks and events. Constantly crashing so I have to reload. Many tasks impossible since I am not even at the level needed. Some tasks disappear before I can do them. In game currency costs get so high it takes too long to get upgrades. Market contracts always ask for what you don’t have and not for the things your barn is full of, so you get stuck or spend all your time watching ads to move on contracts you can’t do. Constantly running out of room, but you can’t make more room until higher levels, but to get the higher level you need to make more room to get what you need. When I asked in chat how to contact support, the system would not let me use the word support, saying it was a bad word! So is system, test, and once. Really? I get more frustrated the more I try to play, so I lowered my rating. Then they started doing pop-up ads that interrupt play. Really?! After all the ads I watch on purpose you’re going to make me watch ads when I’m in the middle of something else?! Lowering to 2 stars. Support is awful. If you have a technical problem they tell you to do things but don’t tell you how, tell you to be sure you have the latest version, but don’t tell you what the latest version is, and basically suggest it’s just your own problem. They told me ‘only some people are having the problems’ as if ‘some’ aren’t enough to bother with. I’m getting more and more frustrated with the team play in the game too, as it is set up to make you compete against your own team and there doesn’t seem to be a way to find more people to join your team. People join and leave just to get a reward, which isn’t helping the team. Still can’t expand and the new buildings they force you to get (because the market orders keep asking for the product) then require product that you can’t get due to revolving elements of the game. Horrible. Lowering to 1 star.
