Can’t you fix what’s broken?

For quite a long time now there has been multiple problems with this game, but the worst one is all the necessary restarting! Can’t send messages in chat…restart! Can’t harvest fields, restart! Can’t keep track of what’s being added to projects… restart! Can’t get out of ads… restart! Game freezes… restart! Over and over and over again!!! Can you imagine? Do you actually try to play this game? If you did I’d think you’d find the problems and fix them! Thank you for allowing me to rant!!!!

I gave 1 star because it won’t log in. It’s up to date and it won’t load the game. Asks me if I would like to sign in with my Apple ID and won’t give any other options. When I log in it drops me right out of the game. I just got a new iPad so I’m not sure if the game needs to have a update to support new iPads or if it’s a glitch in the game. Will change my rating ones it’s fixed.

I enjoy the game BUT,it’s not fun when you get close to finishing your task and the game keeps crashing and you can’t even get back to the task so all your effort is lost.

I’ve been playing this game for years - through all the crappy updates and annoying ideas because I really enjoy it and I’ve never had a particularly egregious problem. Until now. I received a receipt from Apple this week for a purchase I did not make in the game - it had to be an error. I requested and was granted a refund but upon return to the app my account was banned. I reached out to the support team to no response and I can only assume I was banned for requesting my money be returned after it was taken in error! I am beyond disappointed in the developers choices and the fact that they apparently value $4.99USD over users that have invested 5+ years in their game. I’ll never play another game made by these people ever again.

Honestly the rewards are great for every job completed. However, why is it so hard to find the seeds of every plant?! When you grow them there’s literally no seeds left & you have to purchase more seeds. How come the plants we plant, can’t be used to plant more plants? Or how come its so hard to purchase any of the plants seeds?! Not only are the seeds kind of hard to get but every single plant based items are also hard to get. Also, some of the plants take forever to grow. Yes, there are boosters for plants to grow faster &/or grow more but those are also difficult to obtain. This game is honestly kind of boring, seeing as to how frustrating it can be. Please change these !
