Love this app, it's so fun and sounds really good. I just wish it didnt require an iPad. Bias amp doesn’t, tonestack and amplitube don’t, just bias fx. I'm sure it's an annoying UI challenge but others have gotten it working just fine, I'd love to see bias fx do the same. The delays also leave a lot to be desired, they're very sterile despit having the ui of famous delay units. Feels like a phoned in afterthought to me. Otherwise, this app is really great, I've purchased everything but the metal pack, which I have no desire for, and I'm generally quite happy.

So GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!!!

The best sound quality was JamUp. This app knocks it out of the park. Easy to use and sounds ridiculously good. Getting better! Acoustic sound pack! This app is amazing.

Awesome app

Best App Ever

Has a Midi bug

Nick56565

Cool app - the effects sound amazing, but with a major bug. While Bias Fx does not support PC commands, it does erroneously respond to them by switching between presets. This is a problem when it is used with other apps that have PC assignments. In summary the live view presets are hard wired to PC commands behind the scenes. The two not great solutions I've found are (1) don't use PC commands on any other app, or (2) disable midi control in bias fx.

Absolutely love Bias!

I use this app live and always get compliments on my bass tone!

The best for the money

Bartender4u

20+ years of playing guitar. Thousands of dollars spent on amazing gear. Along comes these guys and put it all on an app. Sure it's not the same as the real gear, but it's close enough for me. Love it, I use it live with iPad Air 2 using Apogee jam stick. BT4 pedal, expression pedal connected to bt4, Vox wahwah because it's always good to have a real wahwah, and a tuner for old time sakes. Only complaint is that they need to work on the expression programming better for the expression pedal to be used as wahwah, whammy and volume under command per preset and not just ether or, just saying, would not need the wah pedal if this was possible. Bugs can be annoying.

Bias fx is the god of tone.

Flawless.simply the best. I use this app more than I use my actual guitar amps(mesa triple, peavey 6505,Roland 120). I use it for jamming, recording, and writing. The tone possibilities are near endless. Mobile pod can't hold up against it and ampkit struggles to keep up as well. This is the one amp sim to rule them all. Now I only wished that it had a multitrack daw built in for capturing ideas without any danger of audio quality loss. The tone cloud is tone nut's dream come true. Want to sound like Acle Kahney(tesseract) on altered state? Done. Want to sound like David gilmour on "hey you"? Done. Your favorite tones are made for you by your favorite artists and amazing users as well. Seriously, this app is all of tone dreams come true. Thank you positive grid!

Simply the best

This modeling is so good, I am now using BIAS FX to play live with the BT4 footpedal, iRig HD 2, and a pro direct box straight into the PA. Can't say enough good things about Positive Grid - they are light years beyond any other software I've heard. Keep up the good work!
