Bias amp crashes when going to fix

For some reason my amps go blank (still have sound) when bias fx is used and the app crashes happens every time, been sending crash reports so I hope they fix this. Boy did this bias amp 2 break things.
Starts recording randomly when iPad is locked

I’ve got an iPad mini 4 (128gb, if it matters) that starts randomly recording in Bias FX when I close/lock it with the official apple Smart Cover. Have tried restarting iPad, updating both iOS & the app software and it still does this, despite not even opening the app for months. It drains my battery every time this happens and there’s seemingly no way to stop this bug.
Loud “pop” when changing patches!

I’d love to use this in a practice/live situation, but the “pop” makes it unusable. I’d love to see a “snapshot” feature that could fix this. If Positive Grid could nail this down, Line 6 should be scared.

I think it's the best software for the price. I use it for everything. The Sky's the limit with Positive Grid.

Where's the loop pedal Positive Grid? Everything else great, option to turn off midi parameters in the middle of adjustments would be great. Best sounding amp sim, hands down!

Best guitar tone I’ve EVER had! Sold off my half-stack and pedal system and exclusively use BiasFX on an iPad for my live rig. It’s awesome!

Every time there is an update, I go to tone cloud. “ newer version required”. Go to App Store and I have the newest version. Seriously getting old!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY, ULTRA, ULTRA BAD RETURN ON YOUR INVESTMENT....Absolute garbage in this BLOATED HALF A GIGABYTE APP..... All effects sound canned and fake, like a badly miked amp, that's what it sounds like, tinny, buzzy and canned inside of a Campells tomato soup can that’s still half full of soup.... Complete. Waste. Get TONESTACK INSTEAD, you will not be dissapointed, it's the best kept secret Positive Grid doesn't want you to know about. I'm done with these money hungry San Diego, Joker-Turkeys... PS- the app has gotten worse with every update, THOUSANDS OF UPDATES LATER, that don’t fix a thing...AND THEIR MOCKING CHEERY FAKE CUSTOMER SUPORT IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC, WISH I COULD RECOUP ALL MY MONEY....OH, WELL!
