It keeps crashing every time I try to up load documents. You can’t get tech support it gives 404 fault.

Very bad app, every time you leave and try to re-enter it never recognizes your previous password, and you have to create another one again, a disaster ...

The app is mostly OK, with some annoying glitches. The “print summary” page doesn’t have a menu or button to actually allow you to send it anywhere, and when you bail out you are sent to the beginning, making it unclear whether you’ve actually enrolled. On the comments page, I’m still not sure how to actually select the rating once you’ve scrolled to the number you want. I entered a comment and repeatedly got errors saying the comment was too long, although it was under the 250 character limit. The above is my review from last year’s health care enrollment experience. This year’s was equally bad. I’ll just add that the way you have to scroll through the choices makes it very easy to accidentally make a wrong selection. One of the worst apps I’ve used.
