Where are my favorites?

All my favorites disappeared on Sep. 8, 2021. Rebuilt list. Go to order a bunch of gifts for daughters birthday….favorites gone again. This is like the 4th time in the past year.
No free shipping in Apple Pay?

Overall this is a decent app. I like using Apple Pay a lot but I was really disappointed to see that there was still a $9 charge for shipping when using Apple Pay when the app said that I qualified for free shipping. PayPal and regular checkout both showed free shipping. I decided not to continue the purchase after seeing this. It is important to me that I am able to use Apple Pay.

Did anyone bother to test the new app before rolling it out? It is horrible! Overlapping texts, views now half the screen, I think it is trying to adjust the font size based on my phone settings but it doesn’t fit the app and is just a mess. I shop online constantly and can’t stand the new changes. Why not change something that needs help like making easier edits to my cart? Or fixing split payments?

All of a sudden I cannot add anything to the bag in my Belk app. When I touch an item so that I can order it, the screen goes white and there’s a circling in the middle and it just keeps on going and going and going and never gets to the right place

This app keep freezing and shutting down on its own and i hate when it’s time for a update it clears out all the items I saved to my favorites and it takes forever to find same items

I’m so upset with Belks I have had an account since 1987. Spend a lot at Belks Buy most of my clothes an gifts for family, Bought over 300.00 dollars an items I didn’t want to change my card but was pressured into it I did save a certain amount off we had a serious illness stayed at hospital for days I was late an they canceled my card don’t have one now so I’ll shop somewhere else in future The new company you turned your credit cards over to we’re so rude I will never use them for anything I promise I’m not the only one.you have treated your customers so nice I’m just sick about this. You are going to lose a lot of business you need to check on how they are treating your customers.
Crashes constantly

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling with success. Pages load until they don’t want to load and then app crashes. Knocking you out of your shopping experience. Extremely frustrating.

The expectation is clear, good human resources is a thing of the past. All are expected to succumb to online ordering, with all the glitches that come with that. If ever I cannot use an 800 number to order or go into the store, I will know longer be a Belk customer. Although a large segment of the population prefer it, an equally large segment of the population do not.

You should probably test your app using an iPhone 12 mini. See the button to confirm you’re on the way to pick up an order? Me neither! Because it’s below the bottom of the screen in a window that doesn’t allow scrolling. But otherwise, it looked nice.
