I’m at the store and trying to download with full bars and it is literally taking 15 min! Need to upgrade your systems
More faceted search options needed

Belk needs to work on its metadata. One reason Nordstrom is such a convenient online shopping experience is the ability to easily filter with specificity. With shoes for example, adding shoe width, heel and shaft height, materials, etc, would be very helpful — right now on the app even when I’m in Women’s shoes, it gives me the option to filter by gender, color, size (but no widths), brand, pickup and coupon options, and, oddly, “sold by,” which has, unsurprisingly, only one option, which is Belk.

Needs serious work. What’s the purpose of an app if you can’t access anything because it freezes and loads and never lets you finish your order
App doesn’t even work

Wish I could shop but the app doesn’t work. I can’t add anything to my cart, can’t look at previous orders, or even open any products on the app to look at. Sad.
App hasn’t worked in months

The app hasn’t worked in months. The main page just shows a spinning circle and it’ll do that do more than 10 minutes.

Have been trying to check out for the last four days and it has been frozen. And keep getting an error code on searching.

When the app actually opens and loads, you can’t put add items to your cart. Hasn’t worked properly once since I downloaded it a week ago.
