What is the point in using this app when you can’t even add your cards to the wallet? Dumb. Fix it.
They double-charge me EVERY YEAR

I have had BCBS for three years. Every Dec/Jan they double charge my premium with no warning. Last year it was $700, and when I asked for them to send me a refund, they told me it would arrive within a month. It never came, they applied it to my acc when I told them not to. In total they have overcharged me $1000+ in the past 3 years, and the only withdrawal courtesy fees I’ve ever gotten are from BCBS. My bank told me they have a history of doing this to me. I haven’t even gone to the doctor this year. Fix your auto payments, it is predatory that they do this consistently.
Slow and dropped connectivity

Very, very slow app. And customer service connection, virtual assistance, just drops connection. Albeit, phone support is even worse.

The app takes forever to login and often times out. 9 times out of 10 I have issues logging in.

There is no way to access the app if your lost your card and you don’t have your login info.

I have had very little issue with this healthcare. We have had some major medical needs, including surgeries and pain care. When an issue has come up, it has actually been resolved fairly promptly. We have been with them for over 15 years.
