Broken
Pop up hater -ugggggh
Last update completely broke the app. Throws an error at login every single time. If you’re going to force an update, you should make sure it works. Now I’m super sick and have no access to my insurance card.
App doesn’t work

I rely on this app and it doesn’t work more than it does. Very frustrating. I’ve deleted it and reloaded it and still says oops technical error and no one in technology answers the phone. Ugh
Notice of change letter

I can’t find the annual notice of change letter on the mobile app.
Cannot find if a Covid antibody test is covered

It is so confusing to try and search for a doctor or a service. Something as simple as a Covid antibody test and no information is available.
24 hour nurse line

Called the “24 hour nurse line” and it said it was as closed to call back during normal business hours. What??? The nurse line is of no use to us.
