I hate having to swipe all the way over to get to the one card I actually care about and then having to go through more than one screen just to get to my transactions. I spend too much time getting there I usually don't even bother checking anymore. Card should be rearrangeable and there should be less animation and more efficiency on the screens

I have to consider this is one of the best bank apps I have use and a long while. I like the immediate notification and alert it gives me while I am standing there at the vendor's window. It let me know where I paid and when. It let me know when a vendor submit payment requests immediately. Therefore, I am quickly aware of my bank balance.

Compared to other banks I’ve had I love this app, specially that I can block my card, see in real time my transactions, even flip my card to see the code on the back and all with having on hand the actual plastic.....other than that i have 4 stars because of the amount of time you have to wait when you call customer service for ANY service, they definitely have to fix that, it’s nerve wrecking and time consuming.

BBVA continues to be in my opinion the top leading banking institution when it comes to mobile banking. The BBVA wallet app is so easy to use and allows me to quickly access a glance of my funds available in each of my accounts with BBVA. Alert purchases are definitely a good idea giving me instant notice of purchases made with my BBVA card(s). Thank you BBVA.
