Useless customer service

You cannot call them...they are always busy. If you try and schedule a callback they say the time entered is invalid. They say schedule a callback on the web site but that function does not exist. They say schedule on the mobile app...but that function does not exist either. All I’m trying to do is deposit a check in my own account! But my mobile app says I’m ‘not authorized’ to do that...and to call in!!!! Useless. If you’re going to offer mobile banking, and an app, let it function so we can perform banking without having to call in!!

So you are forcing people to use this app now (by closing the online web edition of your service), and I can’t even get the enrollment buttons to work? Wow. Just wow.

Forgets settings on update. Interface takes a lot of action. Opening a notification gives an "approved" message. Did I just approve this transaction? Or did the bank?

Dear Mr CEO Onur Genc In 24hr I have spoke to 10 or more of BBVA Representatives. No one at BBVA have been able to unblock both of my BBVA cards. This is the 2nd time I had to sleep in my car. Both cards were declined at different hotels. There is more then enough funds to cover all transactions. BBVA dose not have after hours customer service or debit cards or credit cards. Wells Fargo does have 24 hour customer service or debit cards and credit cards. I would rate BBVA if could with -5 Star.

I’ve been using this app about two years without a single hitch and would readily endorse it. It’s simple and direct, easy to navigate. I don’t usually give five stars, I simply can’t find a problem.
No point, poor customer service

This app is advertised to high heaven so BBVA really REALLY wants you to use it. Initially seemed like a nice convenience. My spouse & I have several shared BBVA accounts for 20 years, but they can’t manage to add one of our cards to wallet after spending an hour on phone with rude customer service. Our $ makes BBVA their money & obviously they want people using this app but there’s no point if we can’t have all our cards accessible. Deleting app.
Can’t even get enrolled

At this for over an hour! Enrolled online. Opened app, “name or password incorrect” Forgot password: (although I didn’t) Secret question: completely different question than the one I just enrolled with. Back to the start.. something else wrong.. which it wasn’t.. then something else... I give up.
Forced to update, now infested with bugs

I liked using the app but the new update was so buggy I got locked out of my account the first time trying to log in. I wish they'd just leave well enough alone instead of forcing customers to update to a crappier version that doesn't work. Maybe the next update will fix this last one.
