This is practically useless

I have tried using this app for one simple purpose, to pay my credit card bill. The app states that I don't have any linked accounts and stops. I don't get any opportunity to add a source account nor does the app show the external account I have linked in the browser version. Useless. I am uninstalling it immediately
Why does this app exist?.

Come on BBVA combine this app with the banking app OR allow more access to debit card. I would like to easily let you know when I am traveling and be able to put a hold on my card if lost but I don't need another app. This is useless and redundant. Thinking of moving to another bank with better mobile features.
Takes forever logging in

I just switched to BBVA because they supposedly have the best mobile banking around. Apparently not! It takes a good minute and a half to just log in. Absolutely horrid experience.
PIN Change Does Not Work

There is a lot in this app that works well, but PIN change is not one of them. This is the only feature given by bank employees as a reason to install this app. When you select this option and put in your change, you get a single-use security code on your cell phone — and no place to enter it. Your PIN change is lost altogether. There is NO WAY this was tested before being released.

I’m always informed as to purchases and being able to put a temporary hold at will is great. I just had an unknown debit from my account. So this feature made a world of difference. Keep up the good work!!
Not same as desktop

Limited ability to do important things such as add new debit card. Still need desk top access for BBVA

I really like that I can see my transactions in real time most often while I am still with the vendor. The ability to block the card is excellent. I wish I could unblock as easily when a stop is put on by the bank due to a suspicious transaction. Recently I had this happen to me with a legitimate charge and had to wait on phone on hold for 30 minutes to get card unlocked.
