The app was ok but it does take awhile to get some responses but the answers are usually right so that’s a plus.
Needs another update

When signing into my account I’m getting a blank white screen. Needs another update to prevent this.
The app does not load after asking a question

The app would show a blank white screen. I assumed it was just taking a while to load, but my question was already uploaded on the website. It's a good app in terms of being able to take pictures and uploading it for asking questions with that, but right after submitting the question it would show a white screen for a long time. And would continue to do so even after restarting the app and restarting my phone. The only way to ask questions would be to delete and download the app again.. So that's really frustrating. But Bartleby itself is a great source for help. It's just the app.

Glitches to white screen

Normally I like this app but once I submit a question I need help on. I get a white screen and it doesn’t go away. It’s super frustrating because you can’t access the rest of the app.

Absolutely do not give your payment information to them. They will continue charging you even after you’ve cancelled your subscription and say they can’t give you money back due to their refund policy. They don’t even have a working phone line and will only respond via email (barely). They also told me I somehow had 2 separate accounts with different email addresses (not sure how since I always sign in with Google) and that I was paying for one of them with a Diner’s Club card (is that even a thing? I’ve never had one in my life). Check out BBB and trustpilot.com, tons of people reporting the same things. It’s sad that this company is taking advantage of college students. Stick with Chegg.

I just got this app Desperately needing help I was a little skeptical because of how low the rates was but this is a good app . They respond very quick . And leave a explanation. I haven’t had any problems yet but so far a Good app :)
