i got this app because i needed answers but when i got it i didn’t make an account right away and once i did it wouldn’t open that app anymore

After I forgot to pay the monthly fee and it declined, I payed the subscription, and the app still did not continue to grant me access to answer. Even though I payed, the error bar still pops up saying I did not. Not allowing me to see answers.
It stoled my money!!!!

This homework helper app is amazing! You get 10 free questions and it will expire in 30 days within creating your account. The answering speed is okay, but 4 questions I asked was fast. Today, it was slow. I had to wait so long, it said it should arrive within 3 hours, but I couldn’t wait that long which explains some bad reviews. The answers are indeed correct and the work is shown so I got no problem with that. Well, that’s the end of my review! Will probably buy subscription in the future, but I’m broke right now XD (If some of you saw my old review, it somehow got deleted, I didn’t do anything, but here’s a new one!) Edit: I found a bug and it appeared when I asked questions today. The bug is, whenever I ask a question and send it, the whole app shows a white screen until the tutor replies to my question. Please fix this and it is quite annoying because this is constantly happening. Edit: I know this is a very late edit, but thanks for fixing the bug! Edit: It’s been about 1 month since I’ve use Bartleby and saw new updates. You can now ask 5 questions instead of the old 10. My questions are answered after hours of asking it which is annoying because my questions were answered after my homework is due. I’m now quite disappointed, but will see how the app goes. By the way, it sometimes doesn’t load some words or numbers when I click on an answered question. It sometimes fixes by itself, but you should take a look at that. 3 stars for the new updates ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ~ Kelly, Bartleby User
