The app does not load after asking a question – Bartleby: Answer Math Problems Review

The app would show a blank white screen. I assumed it was just taking a while to load, but my question was already uploaded on the website. It's a good app in terms of being able to take pictures and uploading it for asking questions with that, but right after submitting the question it would show a white screen for a long time. And would continue to do so even after restarting the app and restarting my phone. The only way to ask questions would be to delete and download the app again.. So that's really frustrating. But Bartleby itself is a great source for help. It's just the app.
