Not Very Useful

Logs me out all the time. Then when I log back in, it shows no assignments and that I’ve completed all the days. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to use it. I can’t seem to get audio to work on the live lectures either.

It's okay. I'm not that happy
The mobile app doesn’t always sync with the desktop format and it can get quite annoying and inconvenient. I enjoy being able to alternate between using my phone and computer and as of right now, I am only able to utilize my computer.

Calendar and assignments need to be correlated to the bar you are taking and be a mirror of the computer. It is not. Hard to do daily assignments on the app.

Fail the tests

Some of the features are very helpful to have in your pocket, but don’t try and take the tests on the app because it will glitch out and cause you to have answered none of the questions or only a few which cannot be reset later.

The app pretends it has almost 2300 quiz questions but not a single one will load.

That’s just it. This app is incredible. I’ve been in bar prep for a week and I really started using it the last two days and wow what a difference. I find myself playing on my phone on this app on their different testing features such as: fleX cards, MCQs, checkpoints. It’s making it a fun way to learn! Unable to download sessions

I was told by a Kaplan rep I would be able to download to audio from the sessions to listen to. However, I am unable to do so. Pretty disappointed.

When the app is working, it’s great. But most of the time my course is inaccessible through the app. It shows no assignments on the calendar and yet says every session—even future ones—is completed. If I delete and redownload the app it works for a little while, but usually reverts back to being useless.
