Have to delete and reinstall every time I use it

This app works really well... except for the fact that I have to delete and re-install it every time I use it. If I simply try to log in, it brings me to an empty syllabus with none of the assignments. It won't show me the multiple choice, videos, essays...nothing. But when I've deleted and re-installed, it works just fine. I have access to the whole course, as if I were on the computer. Please fix this kink, Kaplan. I'm literally deleting an re-installing 5 times/day. This set back ruins the app itself.

I am in agreement with Nahageny. I constantly have to reinstall because for some reason my syllabus gets wiped out as if nothing is there but once I do it's perfect. This is my one complaint about the app but I think it's one that really needs to be corrected. Other than this the app is great.

The app is good, but you have to delete and reinstall it each time you use it! Otherwise the syllabus shows up blank. Disappointing I paid $1600 for this app, Kaplan. Please fix it!!!!
Glitchy and videos do not show slides.

The app itself is glitchy and keeps crashing. QBank results don't appear at times and requires you to shut down and restart.

Great app. Technologically advanced and robust. Easy to use and full of features. A great complement to the course to use on the go. Didn't have technical issues like the other reviewers. Would recommend. -NH

I love having my bar prep literally in my hands. I only wish that I could review the submitted essays in app. It's great to see the scores, but I'd like to be able to see the feedback and inline comments.
Does everything I'd expect it to do and more.

It's almost as good as actually being on the site with my laptop.
Much better than the desk top version

The app is much more user friendly than the desk top version. I would have given the app 5-stars, but having to scroll to view a couple lines of the MBE questions is super annoying. It's already a tiny screen! That said, that same feature needs improved on the online version.
