Video issues

I have used BAND now for what will be my third season. We are a dance team so we take a lot of videos and share it on the app. I am constantly having issues when looking back at the videos with sound dropping out, freezing or not working at all. I always update my app and my phone whenever updates are available. I love everything else but really getting frustrated with this issue.

My review of band is to advise that the the red notification be taken off the bottom of the page after reviewing the latest notification. As of now, after getting the first notification in my phone, I’m able to see what it is, but when I arrive back to my home, the bottom of the page still indicates in red as if my message has not been read yet. So I see my latest message twice which is very annoying.
Band not for managing youth sports teams!

Band falls way short on being an alternative to TeamSnap. The simple paradigm of multiple guardians linking to one players account is too complex for Band. Don’t waste your time if you are a coach of youth players who have parents that need to be kept in the loop with communication and game RSVP’s. Lame customer support tried to pitch “supervisor” role that just limits kids to where they can go on the app. Truly disappointed!

I installed the app on iOS but I get an error when tying to open it stating “the certificate for this server is invalid” how do I fix this???

Great app but needs a files section

This app should be a one stop shop. There really needs to be a files section for forms and things that are frequently used. We use it for our collegiate marching band and groups connected to it but the lack of files section is making us look at other things. Love that it’s free but it needs an upgrade.

The non-stop marketing notifications ? in the app render the app near useless. Just like those pot-it notes that have been on the side of your monitor for 2years and you have NO idea what they say. The notifications come from marketing so often that you ignore even real notifications from your real groups. Did I mention that they dump you into “sponsored” groups too?? So that adds to the notifications as well. I will implore that the school abandon this app and opt for a paid app to eliminate the clutter. Btw, I did follow directions I found buried in the reviews to turn off some notifications which helped, but still getting many marketing notifications.
